1. About DirtLabs

DirtLabs is an event listing service. We display event information submitted by clubs and organisers. We are not the organiser of any event listed on this site and are not responsible for the running, cancellation, or outcome of any event.

2. Event Information

Event details including dates, locations, and pricing are provided by the relevant club or organiser. While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or correct. Always check directly with the organiser before attending an event.

3. Organiser Accounts

Clubs and organisers who create an account and submit events are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. You must not post false, misleading, or outdated event information. We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use this site to post spam, harass other users, or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The DirtLabs name, logo, and site design are our property. Event content submitted by organisers remains theirs. By submitting content to DirtLabs you grant us a licence to display it on this site.

6. Limitation of Liability

DirtLabs is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, reliance on event listings, or attendance at any event found through this site.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
